Block & Tam welcomed GANNI into their fold following a challenging SFCC migration. Post-migration, the company experienced a decline in rankings, traffic, and revenue compared to the previous year. To address these concerns, the immediate focus was to rectify the migration-related issues, including addressing legacy code, resolving incorrectly implemented HrefLang, optimizing metadata, and refining the navigation structure. With the initial hurdles resolved, the next objective was to pursue long-term international expansion in vital markets spanning the United States, European Union, and other regions.
